New England Colonies: Pilgrims

Why did Separatists leave England? They were unhappy with the Church of England and wanted to worship as they pleased.
Why did the Separatists leave the Netherlands? They wanted to create a colony based on their religious beliefs and they didn't understand the language there.
What is the name of the ship the Pilgrims sailed on? Mayflower
Who granted the Pilgrims the right to build a colony in Virginia? Virginia Colony
Where did the Pilgrims wind up settling? Massachusetts
Why didn't the Pilgrims reach Virginia? Bad weather blew their ship away from Virginia.
What is the plan the Pilgrims made for their own government? Msyflower Compact
Why did the Pilgrims make the Mayflower compact? They needed to make laws for the good of the colony, since no one controlled them.
What hardships did the Pilgrims face when they arrived in Massachusetts? harsh winter, too late to plant crops
How did the Indians help the Pilgrims? They taught them how to plant crops,hunt and fish.
