Who is the head of the executive branch ( Chief Executive)? President
What is the Elastic Clause? Allows Congress to "make laws which shall be necessary and proper" to carry out it's other powers
A President can serve how many 4 year terms? 2
What are the President's powers? Commander and Chief of the nation's military, make treaties with other countries with congress' consent, nominates ambassadors to other countries, nominates Supreme Court Justices, grant pardons
