Most commonly applies to the sales-pitches attributed to ordinary citizens, whereas the word "endorsement" usually applies to pitches by celebrities. Testimonial
Information, esp. of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view. Propaganda
The actions taken by the media to report a story in such a way as to show one side in a favorable light. Bias
