What were the advantages and disadvantages of being an apprentice? The advantages of being an apprentice are that you get good job potential. The disadvantages are that you do a lot of hard work and have little or no free time.
What was the job for an artisan? An artisan was a skilled worker who made things by hand.
How did a person become an artisan? Someone can become an artisan by being an apprentice at first.
What was daily life like for children who grew up on farms during colonial times? They did as much work as apprentices did. They would do things such as gather wood or cook.
On what natural resources was the New England economy based? and the Southern economy? What industries developed? The New England economy was based on products from the forest and sea.(building, fishing, whaling)The Southern economy was based on farming.(rich soil, warm weather, lots of rain, agriculture)
