The government taking private property for the public use as long as they pay you a fair market value Eminent Domain
Government cant hold you in jail whi;e they build a case against you. Or have your trial behind closed doors. 6 Speedy and Public Trial
This gives us the right to present the case to a jury of our peers 7 Trial by Jury
No cruel or unsual punishment 8 No excessive bail for fines
Give the people more rights than there are in the Constitution 9 The people have more rights than listed
