Thomas Jefferson He is the 3rd president and was the Founding Fathers of the Declaration of Independence.

Louisiana Purshase It was 5 cents an acre which all together was 15 million dollars.
Tribute It was protection money, to protect their ships from being taken by the pirates.
Impressment Forcing men to join the Navy.
Embargo Prohibits trade with another country.
War Hawks A group that wants to go to war with Britain.
Nationalism Loyalty to their country.
Francis Scott Key He was against the war and wrote the national anthem "Star Spangled Banner."
Treaty of Ghent Didn't change any existing borders and was a peace treaty between Britain and America and didn't mention any thing about impressment.
Battle of New Orleans It was lead by Andrew Jackson and American won the battle too!
Andrew Jackson He was the leader of the Battle of New Orleans.
James Madison He was our 4th president.
Dolly Madison James Madison's wife and saved George Washingtons portrait.
