principle Cresyl Echt Vacca Nissl susbstance is basophilic and stains sharply with basic aniline dyes. Varying the PH and differentiation, nissl substance and nuclei will stain or only nissl substance will demo.
what is the difference in principle from the Vacca method from the Luna method Vacca uses cresyl violet at an acid PH (due to acetic acid in the working solution)
