TermDefinition
1st Amendment Protects freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, freedom of the press, freedom to protest against the government.
2nd Amendment Protects the freedom to bear arm (to have weapons)
3rd Amendment The government cant force you to house soldiers.
4th Amendment The right against unreasonable search.
5th Amendment Cannot try a person more than once for the same crime.
6th Amendment Right to a free trial.
7th Amendment Protects the right to a jury.
8th Amendment Right to a reasonable bail and no cruel unreasonable punishment.
