1-10 Amendments
| Term | Definition |

| 1st Amendment | Protects Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Assembly, Freedom of Religion, Freedom of The Press, and Freedom to Petition. |
| 2nd Amendment | Protects the right to bear arms (Own Weapons). |
| 3rd Amendment | The government cannot force you to house soldiers. |
| 4th Amendment | The right against unreasonable searches |
| 5th Amendment | Cannot try a person more than once for the same crime |
| 6th amendment | Protects the right to a free trial |
| 7th Amendment | Protects the right to a jury |
| 8th Amendment | a person cannot bail someone out unless their reason is reasonable to make the person to be bailed bailed out. |
| 9th Amendment | People have more rights than the constitution |
| 10th amendment | States have power to pass additional laws and amendments. |
