1st amendment freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly,right to petition the government.
2nd amendment the right to bear arms.
3rd amendment you do not have to house soldiers.
4th amendment right to privacy.
5th amendment no double jeopardy.
6th amendment right to a speedy trial.
7th amendment a law suit that is over 10,000 must be decided by a jury.
8th amendment no cruel and or unusual punishment.
9th amendment people have more rights than listed in the bill of rights.
10th amendment allows states to pass additional laws.
