Fifth amendment All the rights of the accused protect you fro double jeopardy.giev you a right to go on front of a jury,the government cannot take your life,liberty or property without reasonable cause or without good pay
Third amendment . Government can't force you to house a soldier during war or piece of time
Fourth amendment Protects you by not giving anybody the right to search your things without your consent unless they have a warrant or a reasonable cause.
