First amendment Freedom of speech, religion, the press, to assemble, and the right to petition the government.
Second amendment The right to bear arms
Third amendment To not house a soldier
Fourth amendment Right to privacy
Fifth amendment Rights of the accused
Sixth amendment Rights to a fair trial
Seventh amendment Right to a jury
Eighth amendment No cruel or unusual punishment
Ninth amendment More rights can be added to the constitution
Tenth amendment States can add their own laws
