What rights dose the 1st amendment protect? Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, right of press, right to peaceful assembly, and the right to petition the government.
What right dose the 2nd amendment protect? The right to bear arms.
What right dose the 3rd amendment protect? No solders shall be quartered without the consent of the owner in times of peace.
What rights dose the 4th amendment protect? No person shall have there house searched with out a warrants.
What right dose the 5th amendment protect? No person shall be tide for the same crime twice.
What right dose the 6th amendment protect? A person shall have a speedy and public trial.
What right dose the 8th amendment protect? No one shall have cruel and unusual punishment.
What right dose the 9th amendment protect? The rights retained by the people.
What right dose the 10th amendment protect? State rights.
