environment everything that surrounds us.
region a large area with important features.
climate weather over a number of years.
west: Alaska and Hiwiai. Fire causes burn.
Midwest has plains and praires.
southwest Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Grand Canyon.
Southeast Rivers that help this region: Mississippi, Savannah, and James. Hurricane season. Hurricane Katrina.
Northeast includes: 11 states and capital:Washington D.C, Hudson, Susquehanna, and Delaware are important rivers, New england.
