In a confederacy who has most of the power? The Local governments
Which branch of government makes and carries out laws in a parliamentary government? Legislature
How does religion affect Israel's government? It has some influence in making laws.
How do people participate in a monarch government? They have a little freedom in voice but the king make most of the decisions.
