What did TR do for Railroad Regulation? Hepburn Act 1906- gave Interstate Commerce Commision(ICC) power to set max. railroad rates and stop rebates. Elkins Act -- railroad rate regulation

Whats up with election of 1912. Republican-->[Taft--Conservatives], [TR--BullM] Democrats --> [Woodrow Wilson--Progressive] republican party vote divided 50-50 so TR couldn't win
