Strict constructionist Judges are often called upon to make a construction, or interpretation, of an unclear term in cases that involve a dispute over the term's legal significance.
Liberal constructionist refers to persons who believe in a variety meanings for different parts of the constitution
Consensus an opinion that all members of a group agree with
Direct tax A tax is paid directly by an individual or organization to the imposing entity.
Indirect tax :a tax exacted indirectly from a person other than the one on whom the ultimate burden of the tax is expected to fall.
Deficit financing  the financing of government expenditures by borrowing rather than by taxation
Public debt Determinate of the country's exchange rate
Naturalization to confer the rights of a national on; especially : to admit to citizenship
Copyright The exclusive legal right to reproduce, publish, sell, or distribute the matter and form of something (as a literary, musical, or artistic work)
Patent open to public inspection —used chiefly in the phrase letters patent
Eminent domain a right of a government to take private property for public use by virtue of the superior dominion of the sovereign power over all lands within its jurisdiction
