| Goal Setting | Maaking a plan ahead of time on what you want to accomplish and how. They have to be measurable, achievable, realistic and time orientated |
| Basic 3 Principles | Overload, Progression, and Specify |
| Overload | Anytime you want to get better to push yourself |
| Progression | Must Must increase and make things harder as they get easier |
| Specify | If you want to get stronger in a specific muscle group then work that muscle group |
| Fitt Principle | F Frequency, I Intensity how hard, T Time how long in reos and sets, T Type |
| Reps | One exercise from start to finish |
| Set | A group of reps |
| Range Of Motion | How far a joint can move |
| Flexibility | Measurement of range and motion |
| Muscular Fitness | How fit you are |
| Muscular Strength | Amount of force being exerted at one time |
| Muscular Endurance | Liftin a lighter weight for a longer period of time |
| Cardiorespitory Endurance | Makes your heart stronger. Your heart and lung fitness. |
| Body Composition | How much fat vs. how much not fat in your body |
| Physical Fitness | The ability of the body system to work together efficiently |
