Judicial Review The ability of the courts to set aside the actiins of the legislature or executive branch of any gevernment agencies .
Judicial Branch The role of the judicial branch is to interpret the laws of Georgia and to ensure justice in the legal system .
Due Process Ensures fair treatment under the law ,comes from the fifth and fourtenth admendments to the u.s contituitions and must be observed in all stages .
Judicial System is designed to handle cases that arise from both crimminal law and civil law and explore the difference between these two categories .
Legal Rights - the judicial branch of government uses court system adjuidicate -> Decide Matters .
Crimminal Versus Law Crimminal law protects society from the wrong doing of and indiviual . The plantiff complains
Felony Versue Misdemeanor A felony is a very serious crime punishable by sentence for almost a year .
Misdemeanor capital felony murder , misdameanor carry a less serve punishment .
