what does a legislative branch? A legislative branch makes the law
what does excutive branch? The excutive branch inforce the law.
what does a judical branch? The judical branch impeaches the law.
what is check and balacnces? Cheacs and balances give the other branches the right to check something in another branch.
what artcle is bill of law? The bill of rights is in the first article of the consitution.
What is a cenus? A cenus is a margority.
what is the citizens responibility? The citizens reponsibility is to be in the jury.
What does the citizens have a right to do? The citizens have a right to vote, but they dont have to.
What is a civil law? A civil law deals with relationships between and among individuals.
What is a criminal law? A crinaml law is protected by society from the wrongdoing of an individual.
What is a felony? A felony is a very serious crime punshable by sentence of more than one year.
What is a misdemeanor? A misdmeanor is less sever punshiable for 2 years.
What is a defendant? A defendant is that is getting sued.
What is a plaintiffs? A plaintiffs is the one fileing the law suit.
What is a legal right? Legal rights is the judicial branch of goverment uses court systems to adjudicate matters.
What is a adjudicate? Adjudicate is to decide.
What is tort? A tort is a injury done to a person can be compensated money.
