List the 5 health - related fitness components as well as an exercise for each. Flexibility (yoga), body composition (upper pushing), cardio-respiratory (swimming), muscular strength (weightlifting-heavy weights), muscular endurance (reps).
List the 6 skill or performance related fitness components as well as an example for each. Agility (football), power (swimming/archery), speed (track), balance (gymnastics), reaction time(track and field), and coordination (soccer).
List 3 potential benefits of exercising and living a healthy lifestyle: 1) Longer life, 2) The ability to fight off illness easier 3)Physical fitness
List 3 diseases that you can be more susceptible to developing by living a healthy lifestyle: 1) Heart disease, 2)Cancer, 3) Diabetes
What is the capacity to carry out the day's activities without undue fatigue with enough in reserve energy left for emergency, leisure, and recreational activities? Physical Fitness
List a few activities done in class and the muscle(s) that you exercise while performing the exercise.
