1 We always go Above and Beyond in all we do
2 We run and off the field, pitcher excluded
3 We avoid called third strikes, missing sign and not sliding into base
4 We practice with purpose so when we play, we win
First 6 We support our local pitcher with hard-nosed, get dirty style defense and hitting attitude to get on base
Second 6 We attain a concentration level second to none during practice and at our practice
7 We believe putting on the uniform is a privilege and play with true emotion; always showing sportsmanship to our opponents, umpires and fans
8 We never quit. Not on a drill. Not a play. Not on a game. Not on a teammate. Not on a coach. We play to win all the time!
9 We believe that Oakwood Softball can not only become one of the best programs at the school but also be a top team in our league and district
