Aerobic Fitness

Aerobic Fitness (Step Aerobics and Zumba) Unit

Basic Step up with the one foot and then down.
V-Step Take the feet wide on the step then close together on the floor.
Knee Lift Step with one food and lift the opposite knee.
Meringue Marching while swaying with your hips to the music.
Salsa Stepping out to the left while switching your weight to the right leg. Repeat with left leg.
Cumbia Stand sideways slightly and then tap first your right and left foot forward.
Reggaeton Step to the right side and bring your left food to touch your right. Repeat with left foot.
Heart Rate Number of times heart beats per minute.
Tachycardia Increased resting heart rate.
Bradycardia Low resting heart rate.
Target Heart Rate Predicted maximum heart rate during exercise.
