| Nagasaki | A city on the island of Kyushu in Japan. It was the target of the second nuclear bomb released on the world. |

| August 9, 1945 | The date that Nagasaki was bombed. |
| Little Boy | 4,400 kg bomb filled with Uranium-235 that was released upon Hiroshima. It's fire ball had a radius of 1,200 ft in diameter and had a temperature of 7,200 degrees fahrenheit. |
| Fat Man | Bomb released on Nagasaki. It was filled with Plutonium instead of Uranium and should have been more powerful than Little Boy. |
| 80,000 | Approximate number of people who died on impact due to the Hiroshima bombing. |
| 39,000 | Approximate number of people who died on impact due to the Nagasaki bombing. |
