| Describe what a Filibuster is, why it is used, and how it can be stopped. | It is the right to continue debate on a bill for as long as wish in the senate. While debate is going on the senate cannot vote on the bill. It may be used to stop a vote on a bill that at least one Senator does not want to pass. |
| Explain the meaning of "due process of law". | You cannot lose your life, liberty, or property without having all the rules followed, regarding searching, arresting, trial etc. according to the law and Constitution. |
