Women’s Suffrage women’s right to vote
Assembly Line an arrangement of machines, tools, and workers in which a product is assembled by having each perform a specific, successive operation on an incomplete unit as it passes by in a series of stages organized in a direct line.
Progressive Movement A movement for reform that occurred roughly between 1900 and 1920.

National Urban League a nonpartisan civil rights organization based in New York City that advocates on behalf of African Americans and against racial discrimination in the United States.
Minimum Wage the lowest wage payable to employees in general or to designated employees as fixed by law or by union agreement.
