| 2- | Poor minus | Partial ROM, no gravity/decreased | 10 |
| 2 | Poor | Full ROM, no gravity | 20 |
| 2+ | Poor plus | Full ROM, gravity decreased, min resistance OR <50%ROM against gravity | 30 |
| 3- | Fair minus | More than 50% of ROM, against gravity | 40 |
| 3 | FAIR | Full (100%) ROM, against gravity | 50 |
| 3+ | Fair plus | Full (100%) ROM, against gravity, Min resistance | 60-70 |
