IEP Component - Condition | used to present info of when, where, or how the area of disability or needed skill will be addressed. (ex. - during the reading lesson, on the bus, at the end of 12 weeks, etc) |
IEP Component - Performance | specific observable skill that the student is expected to accomplish. (ex. increase reading skills from 1.5 to 2.0 grade, communicate choices without prompts, using gestures, signs or words. |
IEP Component - Critera | how well must the skill be done and how often to acquire mastery. (ex. 4 out of 5 trials, with 80% accuracy, on a weekly basis, etc) |
IEP Component - Assessment | how the skill mastery will be measured. (ex.-according to criterion referenced test, by teacher/parent observation, by behavior charting & staff reporting. etc) |
IEP Component - Standards | the reference to the state academic standards. (ex- Langauge 3.2.9, MO 6.1 and 6.4, Sci 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3. etc) |
