Interior Lowlands | rolling flatlands, rivers, broad river valleys, and grassy hills |
Great Plains | dry grasslands that gradually increase in elevation westword |
Rocky Mountains | tallest mountains in North America, *contains the Continental Divide which determines the directional flow of rivers |
