Wagner Act | law passed by Congress in 1935 which allowed workers the right to collective bargaining- protect workers from unfair business practices |
New Deal | enacted by FDR and Congress- created programs to provide jobs such as the CCC and WPA, fixed banking problems with the FDIC |
