The Lusitania | The Germans said that they would attack ships entering British waters. This ship was attacked, killing 1200 people. |
Zimmerman Telegram | Germany said it still planned to attack ships entering British waters. This communication offered Mexico a deal if they joined the German side. |
Mobilization | Getting your country ready for war |
Committee on Public Information | Encouraged support for the war through propaganda |
Propaganda | Information that is exaggerated or bias to convince people to support a cause |
