History   the recording and explanation of past events

Archeologist   A scientist who studies history by analyzing remains and objects of the past

Primary Source   original documents made at the time in history being studied. This can be a diary, an object, or a drawing

Secondary Source   a document created after the time being studied. This can be a research article, a book, or a drawing.
