Second Continental Congress   It was a convention started in spring 1775 where the delegates met up. This was the successor to the First Continental Congress.

George Washington   A Virginian who led the New England army in the war.

Battle of Bunker Hill   One of the most important battles of the revolution, fought on Breed's Hill. The colonists won two out of three battles and retreated as they ran low on supplies. This was known as a win for Britain.
