New or Compose   Use this to create an email to be sent by you

Reply   Use this to send an answer back to an email

Inbox   This is where your new messages will be sent. It will show you the sender, subject and the date sent

Sent   This area keeps a copy of emails that you sent. It is a good idea to delete these every now and then, when they are no longer needed.

Deleted   After you have read and no longer need an email, you should either file it in a folder or delete it

Drafts   This is where you may store an emaill that you were working on but are not ready to send

Spam   Your spam folder contains emails that your provider determined may be mass mailings and therefore not necessary for you to read

Attachments   Documents, photos, and videos can be sent through an email by "attaching" it to a message. Look for a paper clip icon and the word "attach" to do this

Contacts or Addresses   In order to send an email, you will need to use the correct email address. This address will be typed into the "to" box and will look something like: jdoe47@yahoo.com

Trash   Deleted messages are sent to the trash folder. They will be kept here until you "empty the trash". You will do this by selecting the emails to be permanently removed and "empty". You can permanently remove these by clicking on the "trash can" icon.

Cc   Short for carbon copy. It refers to simultaneously sending copies of an email to secondary recipients.

Bcc   Short for "blind carbon copy", it refers to simultaneously sending copies of an email to secondary recipients. The difference between Cc and Bcc is that in the Bcc field the email addresses do not appear visible to to other recipients.

Memorandum   Written message used by individuals within an organization to communicate with one another

Email   Electronic message sued by individuals to communicate with one another

Proofreader's Marks   Symbols used to indicate errors that need correcting when rekeying copy

Review Comments   Comments made by reviewer and decide what action needs to be taken for each or a note or annotation that an author or reviewer can add to a document

Review the information in the table. When you are ready to quiz yourself you can hide individual columns or the entire table. Then you can click on the empty cells to reveal the answer. Try to recall what will be displayed before clicking the empty cell.
 
To hide a column, click on the column name.
 
To hide the entire table, click on the "Hide All" button.
 
You may also shuffle the rows of the table by clicking on the "Shuffle" button.
 
Or sort by any of the columns using the down arrow next to any column heading.
If you know all the data on any row, you can temporarily remove it by tapping the trash can to the right of the row.
