Review business letter parts

Return Address the author’s address
Inside Address the address of the person receiving the letter
Salutation the greeting
Complimentary Close the ending of the letter
Body the paragraphs containing the message of the letter
Handwritten Signature where the author signs after the letter has been written
Writer's Name the author's typed name
Typist Initials the initials of the person who typed the letter if not typed by the author
Enclosure Notation used when additional items are included in the envelope with the letter
Attachment Notation used when additional items are clipped,stapled, etc… to the letter
Copy Notation used when a copy of a letter is sent to someone in addition to the receiver
Dateline the date that the letter is written
