What did Stalin also do?   At the Tehran conference, other than suggesting to open up a Second Front, Stalin made big claims on Poland & Germany. However, details on these were to be left to sort out later.

Why was there tension at Tehran?   Because Stalin was angry with Churchill. (ask someone why)
