Intro Color Terms

| What are the intermediate or tertiary colors? | red-violet, blue-violet, blue-green, yellow-green, yellow-orange, red-orange. |
| What is an analogous color harmony? | 3 or more colors next to each other on the color wheel. |
| What is a monochromatic color harmony? | one hue with different shades. |
| What is a complimentary color harmony? | 2 colors that are directly across from each other on the color wheel. |
| What are the 5 basic skin tones? | black, red-brown, yellow-brown, yellow, and white. |
| What are the 4 main hair colors? (natural) | blond, red, brunette, and black. |
| What are the 7 different eye colors? | black, blue-violet, blue, grey, green, hazel, and brown. |
| What are the 3 main color schemes? | Warm colors, neutral colors, and cool colors. |
| What are the 3 main warm colors? | orange, red, and yellow. |
| What are the 3 main neutral colors? | tan, browns, and whites. |
| What are the 3 main cool colors? | Blue, green, violet (interchangeable) |
