how do you preceive white? White can be added to any color to change the shade of it and it is also a neutral color.
how do you preceive black? black is a neutral color and attracks heat and is very dark.
What is hue? A hue is color.
What are the Primary colors? The basic colors used to create all of the other colors. ( yellow, red, and blue)
What are the secondary colors? The three colors that are achieved from equal parts of 2 primary colors make up what is seconary colors. (violet, gree, and orange)
What are the tertiary colors? The tertiary colors are red-violet, blue-violet, blue-green, yellow-green, yellow-orange, and red-orange.
What is a standard color? roygbiv(color wheel)
What three groups make up the color wheel? The three groups that make up the color wheel are the primary, secondary, and tertiary groups.
What is a tint? a tint is a saturated color that is mixed with the pure white color.
What is a shade? a shade is a saturated color that is mixed with pure black color.
What are the three colors that are considered warm colors? Red, orange, and yellow.
What are three colors that are considered to be cool colors? Blue, green, and violet. (relaxing colors)
What are the five neutral colors? Black, gray, white, brown, and tan.
What are the six types of color harmonies? The six types are monochromatics, analogous, complementary, triadic, split complementary, and neutral.
What is a monchronic harmony? when you use tints and shades of only one color.
What is an analougus color harmony? When you use three or more colors that are next to each other on the color wheel. ( re, red-violet, violet/ blue, blue-green, green)
What is a complementary color harmony? When two colors that are directly across from each other on the color wheel. ( yellow and violet, green and red, blue and orange)
What is a triadic color harmony? Three colors that are located within equal distance of each other. ( Red, blue, yellow/ and orange, violet, and green)
What is a split complementary scheme? When you use any color and the two colors next to that color completment. (yellow, red-violet, blue-violet)
What is a neutral color scheme? Any combination of blacks, greys, whites, browns, and tans.
