What are primary colors? 3 basic colors that are used to create other colors
What are secondary colors? 3 colors that are achieved from 2 primary colors
what are the 3 primary colors? red blue and yellow
what are the 3 secondary colors? violet green and orange
what is a hue? the name given to a color
what is intensity? the brightness or dullness of a color
what is a intermediate or tertiary color? a color mixed with a primary and secondary color
what do you add to a color to make it a tint? white
what do you add to a color to make it a shade? balck
what are the 3 color schemes? Monochromatic, Complimentray, and analogous
What is monochromatic? one hue with different tints and shades
what is complimentry? 2 colors that aredirectly across from eachother on the color wheel
what is analogous? 3 or more colors next to eachother on the color wheel
what colors are warm? orange, red, and yellow
what colors are netural? tan, brown and white
what colors are cool? blue, green and/or violet
