Intro Color Terms

What are the secondary colors in the color wheel? Orange, Violet, Green.
How many colors are used for a Monochromatic scheme? 1 color (Example: Blue, Green, Red, etc.)
What color is a tint? What color is a shade? Black is shade. Tint is white.
What are the warm colors in the color wheel? Red, Orange, Yellow.
What are the cool colors? Violet, Blue, Green.
What are the Intermediate/Tertiary colors in the color wheel? Blue-violet, Blue-Green, Red-violet, Red-orange, Yellow-orange, Yellow-Green.
What is the Analogous scheme? Its made up of 3 colors that are next to each other on the color wheel (Example: Blue, Blue-Green, Green)
What is the definition of the Monochromatic scheme? It is made up of different hues of a color. (Example: Navy-Blue, Blue, Light-Blue, Blue-Green, Blue-Violet, etc.)
What is a hue? The name given to a color.
What is intensity? A brightness or dullness of a color.
What are different eye colors? Black, Grey, Blue, Hazel, Brown, Light-brown, Green, Blue-violet.
What are all the skin tones? Black, Brown, Red-Brown, Yellow-Brown, Yellow, White.
What are all the hair colors? Black, Brunette, Red, Blonde.
What are the neutral colors? Black, Brown, Tan, White OR Tans, Browns, and Whites.
