Access Vocabulary Terms Lesson 1

Datasheet Selector a box in the upper-left corner of a datasheet that shows the records and fields in a table
Datasheet View enter records directly into a talbe and is shown in a datasheet
Field what each record is made of that appear as colums
Field Name names to help you identify the fields
Field Value data entered into the field
Field Selector enter records and fields that appears at the top of each column in a table and contains the field name
Navigation Plane opens on the left side of the screen that list the objects in the database
Record a complete set of data
Record Selector appears on the left of the first field for each record
