Chat Software Allow you to send and receive messages instantly. You can use this to communicate with several people at the same time.
Communication Software These programs are used by computers to exchange messages and files with other people in a digital form.
Database Software You use these programs to store and manage data in an organized way. By using these programs, you can also sort or search for the information stored in a database. A database contains objects that help you to store, edit, and format information.
Desktop Publishing Software (DTP) These programs are used to combine test and graphics to create document such as brochures, greeting cards, annual reports, books, or magazines.
Graphics Software These programs are used to create and edit drawings. You can use these programs to enhance photographs.
Presentation Software These programs are used to present information and create presentations in the form of slides.
Productivity Software These are specialized programs that help you create and work with various types of documents. Common categories of this software are word processors, spreadsheets, presentation software, and databases.
Software This is a sequence of instructions that a computer can execute. It is also referred to as programs.
Spreadsheet Software You use these programs to create budgets, manage accounts, perform mathematical calculation, and convert numerical data into charts and graphs.
Word Processing Software These are used to create and modify text-based documents.
