What is a computer virus? a tiny program that can find its way onto your computer and cause trouble.
How does a computer virus spread? It replicates and makes copies of itself
What are some symptoms of having a computer virus? program reacting slowly total system failure
what is a worm? a program that looks for security holes in a network
what is a network? groups of computers that are connected.
what is a Trojan horse? a destructive piece of software that is disguised as something good.
where do computer viruses and worms come from? destructive people with too much time on their hands make them.
how can you protect your computer against computer viruses? never open an email attachment from someone you dont know. never accept unknown downloads keep updated virus protection software on your machine.
