This makes the window collapse into the task bar (the start bar at the bottom). It is located in the upper right hand corner of a window. Minimize Box
This will increase the size of a window to its full size (full-screen) and is located in the upper right corner of a window. Maximize Box
This will make a window return to its non-maximized size and is located in the upper right corner of a window. Restore Down Box
Located in the upper right-hand corner of a window and will close (exit) a window. Close Box
This moves the contents in a window vertically. Vertical Scroll Box
This moves the contents of a window horizontally. Horizontal Scroll Box
This is the on-screen background. It is the screen that is displayed when there are no programs active. Desktop
This is a small picture that represents a file, folder, or action. Icon
A marker on the screen that shows where current input or output is going to happen. It may appear as a blinking vertical line, a solid blinking box, an underline, or an arrow. Cursor
The name of a file is located here at the top of a window. To move a window, click on this and drag. Title Bar
On a Windows computer, this is a bar at the bottom of the desktop that contains currently open documents and the Start Menu. Task Bar
An organized series of bits, stored as a unit, that can be grouped together in folders. Files

Voices
