Computer A computer is a machine that can be programmed developed in the 1940's
personal computer A pesronal computer is a pc that comes with a keyboard, mouse and a monitor.
Hardware The computer and all attachment equipment are called hardware.
Software The software is a ste of instructions for the computer that has the ability to change or create data.
monitor A display screen.
mouse An input device.It moves the curosr on the monitor.
Keyboard The keyboard is a set of keys or button are used to input info and instructions to a computer.
Hardrive The hard drive is primary storage unit of the computer and strorage is stored on magnetcis cylinders.
CDROM A CDROM is a disk that is used to store data.
CDROM Drive A small box with a motor and other parts that let the computer whatr is on the CDROM.
Data Data is numbers,letters,pictures,drawings,sounds,orders,payments,stories and other pieces of info.
Program It
Parallel port Printer connector and transfers info to the printer.
serial port used to connect specialized devices and also old devices.
network interface card An ethernet cable connection.
universal serial bus an external bus the transfers Mbps
power plug provide power to the cpmouter
