Identify Literary Devices and Figurative Language

| Mood | The feeling the reader gets after reading. |
| Tone | The writer's attitude towards his or her subject. |

| Point of view | First person, second person, or third person. |
| Inference | A guess about the text based on textual evidence and the reader's prior knowledge. |
| Rhyme Scheme | The pattern in which rhyming occurs. |
