Meridian: LU

The Lung Channels

LU-1 On the lateral side of the chest, in the 1st intercostal space, 6 cun lateral to the anterior midline, 1 cun inferior to LU-2
LU-2 In the depression below the clavicle, 6 cun lateral to the anterior midline
LU-3 On the antero-lateral aspect of the upper arm, 3 cun inferior to the axillary fold, in the depression between the lateral border of biceps brachii m. & the shaft of the humerus
LU-4 On the medial aspect of the upper arm, 1 cun below LU-3, on the radial side of biceps brachii m.
LU-5 On the cubital crease of the elbow, in the depression at the radial side of the tendon of biceps brachii
LU-6 On the palmer aspect of the forearm, 7 cun proximal to the transverse crease of the wrist on the line connecting LU-9 with LU-5
LU-7 On the radial aspect of the forearm, 1.5 cun proximal to the transverse crease of the wrist (LI 5), in the cleft btw the tendons of brachioradialis & abductor pollicis longus
LU-8 1 cun proximal to the transverse crease of the wrist(LU-9), on the line connecting Lu-9 with Lu-6, in the depression on the lateral side of the radial artery.
LU-9 At the radial side of the transverse crease of the wrist, in the depression on the lateral side of the radial artery.
LU-10 On the thenar eminence of the hand, in a depression between the midpoint of the shaft of the first metacarpal bone and the thenar muscles
LU-11 On the radial side of the thumb, about 0.1 cun from the corner of the nail

Where does the lung's luo connecting channel goes to? To the palm and the thenar eminence
Which channel does the lung luo connecting channel connect with? The Large intestine channel
Where does the lung channel diverge at? At the axilla
Which channel does the lung divergent channel connect with? The Large intestine channel

What is the cun measurement used for LU-6 to LU-8? 12 cun between the cubital crease and the wrist crease
