What are the elements of design? texture, shape/form, colors, lines, and space

What is the principle repetition? it is when the design is copied or repeated
How does texture affect color? rough will absord so that it will be darker while with the smooth the light reflects off of it
What do curved lines suggest? make a room feeldelicate, cozy, natural, feminem
What is the difference between horizontal, vertical, and radial balance? vertical is when the top and bottom are equal, horizontal is when left and right are equal and radial is when the radiate outward from the center
What do diagonal lines suggest? that a room has alot of movement, excitment, and there is alot of motion.
What is space? is the area in which you are designing in.
What are the four types of rhythm? gradiation, radiation, repetition, and continouse line.
What is asymmetrical balance? Example? its when parts of a design are not identical but are equal in vision weight. ex clock
What is the difference between horizontal and vertical lines? horizontal run left to right and vertical run up and down.
What is the golden mean? 3:5 ratio that is visually dived by.

What are the five types of balance? symmetrical, Asymmentrical, vertical, horizontal, and radial
What does unity or harmony mean? unity is when the whole room comes together.
What are the two things texture involves? the way you thing it feels and the way it feels.

What is proportion? tells how a design is visually divided
