What is a tint? adding white to a color to make it lighter
What is a shade? adding black to a color to make it darker
What are three colors that are considered to be warm colors? red orange yellow
What are three colors that are considered to be cool colors? violet green blue
What are the five neutral colors? brown white gray black biege
What are the six types of color harmonies? analougus complementary triadic monochromatic split complementary neutral
What is an analougus color harmony? a primary and secondary color that are adjacant
What is a complementary color harmony? colors that are across from each other on the color wheel
What is a triadic color harmony? 3 colors that are equal distance apart from eachother
What is a split complementary scheme? its a Y shape and u take the 2 tertiary colors on the sides of the complementry color
What is a neutral color scheme? all nuetral colors
What is a monochromatic color harmony? all 1 color with nuetrals
