cell a specific location within a spreadsheet and is defined by the intersection of a row and column
cell address a destination that is indicated by the column header and the row header(example B4, A6, C25)
formula a calculation that is performed on one or more variables
Roundup(B3,2) round the data in cell address B3 to the second decimal place
Average(C5,C25) find the average of the numbers in cell address C5 through cell address C25
b2*b3 multiply the number in cell address b2 and the number in cell address b3
C9-C10 subtract the number in cell address C9 by the number in cell address C10
d4/d5 divide the number in cell address d4 by the number in cell address d5
e1+e2 add the numbers in cell address e1 and cell address e2
Autosum find the sum of all the numbers in a certain column
worksheet/spreadsheet a single page or sheet in a spreadsheet program such as Excel.

formula bar displays the data or formula stored in the active cell
web host/ host stores all the pages of your website and makes them available to computers connected to the Internet
annotation Extra information associated with a particular point in a document or program; explanation about what the website is about
search to review (a file) to locate specific information
keyword words or phrases that describe content
search engine a computer program that searches documents, especially on the World Wide Web, for a specified word or words and provides a list of documents in which they are found (Google, yahoo)
How do you determine if the author of a website is an expert? research them and see what other work they have done and find information about them; background check
Why does it matter who (or what company/organization) provides the funding of a website? to make sure the company is invested in the information the website contains
How do you determine the accuracy or validity of a website? by researching other websites that are about the same topic and see if the two websites contain the same information; compare it to other sites
Where is the title of a website located? in the blue title bar at the top of the screen or on the tab
Where is the author of a website located? at the bottom of the web page or home page
Where is the date of a website found? at the bottom of the web page or home page
